Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. You are responsible for activity under your Google-authenticated account and for providing current contact and delivery information.

Your photographs and words

You keep ownership of the photographs, captions, and other material you provide. You give ROAM ISSUE and its service providers a limited license to host, process, reproduce, print, and deliver that material only as needed to provide the service and support your order.

You promise that you have permission to use the material you upload and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights. Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.

Generated layouts and proofs

ROAM ISSUE uses automated tools to curate and arrange your material. You remain responsible for reviewing every page, caption, crop, spelling choice, and photograph before payment.

Screen colors and physical print colors may differ, and trimming and binding have normal production tolerances. The proof is your opportunity to catch creative or content errors before production.

Orders, pricing, and tax

The current offer is one personalized 24-page magazine for $59, plus the shipping charge and any applicable tax shown at Stripe checkout. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Your payment is collected by Stripe. An order is accepted for production after payment succeeds and our fulfillment system accepts the print file. If we cannot produce the issue, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund.

Production and delivery

Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping can be affected by print capacity, carrier delays, weather, address problems, and other events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for entering a complete, correct delivery address. Tracking is sent to the email used at checkout when it becomes available.

Cancellations and remedies

Each issue is personalized and made to order, so change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Cancellation, damage, defect, incorrect-item, and delivery rules are explained in our Returns & reprints policy, which forms part of these terms.

Service availability

We may change or suspend features to maintain security, reliability, or product quality. We may refuse content or orders that violate these terms or cannot be safely or legally fulfilled. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Responsibility and limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ROAM ISSUE is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total responsibility for a claim related to a purchased issue will not exceed the amount paid for that issue. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future use of the service. The effective date identifies the current version. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to zzzPost LLC, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live.
