Print ordering is not open yet. Format-specific print files and physical samples need approval first. Your edition preference is saved with your book, with no payment during the preview.
Hardcover binding adds blank endpapers and starts the interior on a right-hand page. The magazine can print inside its covers. The final production proof must account for those differences; the current design PDF is not a supplier-approved print file.
