Your memories are not our merchandise.

Information we collect

We collect the account details provided through Google sign-in, the trip details and captions you enter, and the photographs and issue layouts you upload or create.

When you purchase, Stripe handles payment information and provides us with your order reference, email, and delivery details. We do not receive or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, save and generate your issue, create its print-ready file, take payment, arrange printing and delivery, provide support, prevent misuse, and improve reliability.

We do not sell your photographs or personal information. We do not use your private photographs to advertise to other people.

Service partners

We share only the information needed for each provider to do its job: Google and Firebase for sign-in and storage; Stripe for checkout; Prodigi for printing and shipping; Resend for transactional email; and Vercel for hosting and anonymous site analytics.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Delivery carriers receive the address and contact details required to deliver your order.

Analytics and advertising

Vercel Web Analytics gives us aggregate traffic information without third-party cookies or persistent cross-site identifiers. We remove query strings before page-view data is sent.

Optional advertising technology, such as a Meta Pixel, is loaded only after you choose “Allow optional tracking.” You can reopen Privacy choices from the footer and change that preference for future visits.

Storage and retention

Your saved issues and photographs remain associated with your account so you can return to them. Print files, order records, delivery events, and support correspondence are retained as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations.

Internet services cannot promise absolute security, but we use authenticated, account-scoped storage and limit operational access to what is required to run the service.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we control by emailing hello@roamissue.com. Some order and transaction records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

ROAM ISSUE is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented in the product or sent to the account email when appropriate.
